Manage, upgrade, or cancel your subscription

Change plans, update payment details, cancel anytime, and what happens if a payment fails.

Open the billing portal

All billing is handled through a secure Stripe portal:

  1. Sign in to the app and open Settings.
  2. Click Manage Subscription.
  3. From the portal you can change plans, switch between monthly and annual, update your card, download invoices, or cancel.

Upgrading or downgrading

Plan changes take effect through the billing portal. Upgrades unlock features (bigger audio allowance, full voice library, share links) right away. If you're mid-cycle, Stripe prorates automatically.

Canceling

Cancel anytime from the billing portal. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period, and there are no cancellation fees. Your scenes remain saved on your account.

If a payment fails

If a renewal payment doesn't go through, you get a 7-day grace period with full access while you update your payment method (Settings → Manage Subscription → update card). You'll see a banner in the app until it's resolved.

Subscription not showing correctly?

If you just subscribed and the app still shows your old plan, use the refresh subscription option in Settings, or sign out and back in. Still wrong? Contact support with the email on your account and we'll sort it quickly.
